Job summary

Lifetime Training, part of the Lifetime Group, is seeking an Learning Coach to support hospitality apprentices at the workplace, guiding learners to achieve their apprenticeship standards across top UK brands.

You will coach, assess, and mentor learners, helping them develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for success in hospitality roles.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or equivalent vocational qualification is required.
• Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification is desirable.
• NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or Hospitality supervision is preferred.
• BTEC Level 3 Hospitality Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coach learners in knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve apprenticeship standards.
• Work with learners at their place of work, across UK employers in the hospitality sector.

What will you be doing?

Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.

What will you bring to the role?

• NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
• Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping or beverage service or team leader.
• Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills
• Ability to working autonomously

It would be great if you had:

• Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
• NVQ level 3 in professional cookery or hospitality supervision
• BTEC level 3 hospitality management
• Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
