Job summary

Lifetime Training, part of the Lifetime Group, is seeking an apprenticeship Learning Coach to train and support learners in the hospitality sector across the UK.

You will coach learners at their place of work, help them achieve their apprenticeship standard, and provide full training to attain teaching qualifications.

We offer flexible working, 25 days plus birthday leave, health plans, pension, and extensive CPD for career progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality required.
• Experience in hotel management at senior level essential.
• Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach learners at their place of work to meet apprenticeship standards.
• Provide coaching to learners on knowledge, skills and behaviours required for apprenticeship.
