Job summary

Lifetime Training, part of the Lifetime Group, seeks an Apprenticeship Learning Coach to support learners in their workplace across the UK. You will coach learners on the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to achieve their apprenticeship standard and help them develop themselves as they progress.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 in Hospitality is required.
• Extensive vocational experience in food & beverage, reception, housekeeping or related roles.
• Ability to work in high demand environments to targets and deadlines.
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Coaching learners at their place of work to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours for apprenticeship standards.

Education

NVQ level 2 in Hospitality

Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification

NVQ level 3 in professional cookery or hospitality supervision

BTEC level 3 hospitality management
