Job summary

Lifetime Group, through Lifetime Training, is seeking an apprenticeship Learning Coach to support learners at their workplace, coaching them on the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve their apprenticeship standards.

The role involves working with learners among UK renowned brands, developing competency in hospitality operations and guiding progression toward qualification. Training for teaching qualifications is provided, with CPD and wellbeing benefits.”

Qualifications

• Experience of Food and Beverage in a hotel environment.
• NVQ level 2 in Hospitality.
• Extensive vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping or beverage service or team leader.
• Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills
• Ability to working autonomously

What will you be doing?

Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
