Kier Group is seeking a Waste Technician to join the Neath Port Talbot Hospital PFI team at Baglan Way, Port Talbot. The role involves collecting waste across the hospital and handling it at the on-site Waste Transfer Station, ensuring compliant, safe and cost-effective service delivery.

You'll work in a team-centered environment with a focus on wellbeing, environment, and community impact, while progressing within Kier's projects and benefits package. This position is full-time and site-based.

Aufgaben

• Collecting clinical, general and recyclable waste streams throughout the hospital.
• Ensuring all waste streams are stored and processed in accordance with current legislation within the on-site Waste Transfer Station.
• Delivering waste consumables to designated points throughout the hospital.
• Promoting wellbeing within your team and ensuring an inclusive workplace.
• Building effective relationships across teams, clients and stakeholders.
