Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance environment.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems including heating and ventilation.
• Ability to pass a DBS Standard check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and escalate issues as necessary.
• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across the site.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately.
