Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a welcoming Receptionist at Pinhoe View to provide first-rate front-desk support for staff, patients and visitors. You will greet people, answer calls, sign in visitors, and route enquiries to the right teams, ensuring compliance with site policies.

Shifts are weekdays 7:00am–3:00pm or 12:00–20:00 with 1 in 3 weekends. The role offers a competitive salary (£25,564.50) and a benefits package including annual leave, wellbeing support, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience using office software (emails, calendars, Word and Excel).
• GCSE English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for staff and visitors at reception, answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Transfer calls or take messages, and pass them to the relevant staff efficiently.
• Ensure all visitors sign in, wear passes, and sign out when leaving the site.
• Manage keys and alarms, with accurate paperwork for regulatory purposes.
• Complete radio response checks daily to ensure compliance with radios.
