Job summary

Farmfield Hospital in Charlwood, Surrey, part of Elysium Healthcare, is seeking a Night Receptionist to greet and assist staff, visitors and service users. You will manage the diary for meetings and events, handle calls, emails and post, and ensure safety and security during night shifts.

You will oversee visitor sign-ins, security checks, and the distribution of keys and badges, while supporting a range of admin tasks with a professional, welcoming approach.

You are the first face and first conversation visitors to Farmfield Hospital in Charlwood will experience. What you will be doing In this exciting role at Farmfield Hospital, a service for men 18+ who potentially have a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and challenging behaviours. Each day brings different challenges and experiences. Working along side the reception team and Night Manager your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, co-ordinating the diary for meetings and events and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails and post. Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff and visitors is a top priority.
