Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to provide flexible support across the Pharmacy Department at Torbay Hospital. The role covers dispensary, distribution, and ward-based stock management to ensure safe and efficient medicine supply.

The post offers Band 2 progression to Band 3 with training, full or part-time options, and a 37.5 hour week with weekend/bank holiday rotation.

Formación

• Maths grade C or equivalent
• English grade C or equivalent
• NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy services or equivalent dispensing qualification
• Experience in pharmacy and hospital environment

Responsabilidades

• Dispensing support activities
• Receipt and distribution of pharmaceutical stock
• Stock replenishment and maintenance of ward medicines cupboards
• Contribute to the smooth operation of pharmacy services
