Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Pharmacy Assistant (Band 2/3) based at Torbay Hospital, Torquay. The role covers dispensing support, stock management and ward-based duties across the Pharmacy Department.

Both full-time and part-time posts are available, with a 37.5-hour week and weekend/bank holiday rotation. Applicants may start at Band 2 with progression to Band 3 after training.

Qualifications

• Maths grade C or equivalent.
• English grade C or equivalent.
• NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy services or equivalent dispensing qualification.

Responsabilités

• Dispensing support activities and distribution of pharmaceutical stock.
• Maintenance of ward medicines cupboards and stock replenishment.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of pharmacy services across multiple workstreams.
