Circle Health Group is seeking a Materials Assistant for Woodlands Hospital in Darlington. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with a flexible shift pattern to cover departmental needs.

You will be an active member of the Materials Department, ensuring stock availability and providing a high-quality materials management service to internal customers. Training and development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer use (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Active member of the Materials Department, handling day-to-day operations.
• Provide an effective materials management service to internal customers.
• Ensure stock availability through correct ordering and replenishment.
• Maintain departmental paperwork and files for accuracy and accessibility.
• Complete mandatory training and compliance requirements.
