Job summary

Artic Building Services is seeking a Plumber/Mechanical Engineer for Lewisham Hospital with permanent hours, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. Work will move from hospital site to mobile assignments across London after Oct-March, requiring a calm, team-focused professional.

You should have 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience and a solid grasp of health and safety in maintenance, with English literacy and DBS clearance as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years commercial plumbing experience (hospitals, schools, offices).
• Ability to meet health and safety obligations in maintenance activities.
• Proof of trade training/course (NVQ/C&G) required or ideal.

Responsibilities

• Keep records of stock.
• Survey jobs and notify team leader of materials required.
• Keep a PDA up to date.
