Job summary

Tech-People is seeking a qualified Maintenance Plumber for a short-term role at Bethlem Hospital. You will carry out hospital maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards while working a day shift.

Duties include replacements on taps, pipes, sinks, valves, and using freeze kits and press-fit tools, plus water treatment and Legionella (L8) compliance. A valid Basic DBS and your own tools are essential, and you must be able to work independently in a live hospital environment.

Tech-People are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Plumber for min 1 month assignment at Bethlem Hospital.

• Location: Bethlem Hospital
• Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Rate: 220 per day
• Parking: Free on-site parking

The successful Plumber will be carrying out maintenance works within a hospital environment and must have previous maintenance experience.
Duties will include:

• Tap replacements
• Pipe repairs and replacements
• Sink replacements
• Valve replacements
• Using freeze kits and press fit guns
• Water treatment duties
• Legionelle (L8) compliance works
