Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Part-time Receptionist for Farmfield Hospital in Charlwood. You will be the first face and voice for staff, visitors and service users, greeting people warmly and supporting the reception team. You’ll manage the office diary, handle calls, emails and post, and help maintain a safe, welcoming reception area.

The rota is 23 hours a week with extra shifts every 6 weeks. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for training and career

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• GCSE English Language Grade C or above.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner and ensuring sign-in.
• Maintaining reception and meeting room presentation.
• Managing the office diary for meetings, events, training days and therapy sessions.
• Ensuring confidentiality and security of the service.
• Handling telephone calls, emails and post.
• Ensuring leaflets and brochures are displayed.
