Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking an Engineering Technician for Chelsfield Park Hospital in Kent. This full-time role (37.5 hours) includes a salary of up to £41,500 per year, with a flexible shift pattern and a focus on high safety and quality standards.

You will deliver maintenance, repairs, and support across the site, while mentoring other technicians and ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines. A CSCS card and an apprenticeship in a mechanical or electrical bias are required.

Qualifications

• Current CSCS card at appropriate level is required.
• Time-served apprenticeship in a mechanical or electrical bias is essential.
• Willingness to work in a hospital engineering environment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt completion of all work orders for planned maintenance and reactive tasks.
• Provide routine and specialist maintenance and breakdown support for the hospital site.
• Offer technical, health, safety and environmental support; promote company policies.
• Train and mentor additional site technicians and engineering assistants.
• Advise hospital management on engineering matters as required.
• Demonstrate exemplary engineering standards and maintain team ethos.
• Complete mandatory training and maintain compliance.
