Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Deliver a positive first impression to service users.
• Log in/out of calls via the Care Hub app for safety.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Liaise with family, GP, social workers and others as needed.
• Deliver high standards of care and support.
