Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food service across wards, retail outlets and kitchens.
• Lead staff briefings and allocate tasks within budget.
• Maintain cleaning and service standards and HACCP compliance.
• Ensure meals are prepared to standardised recipes with correct portions.
• Handle stock duties: checking, rotating, ordering supplies, recording wastage and deliveries.
