Spire Methley Park Hospital in Leeds is seeking an experienced Bank Business Administrator to join the temporary staffing bank. The role covers administrative processes and basic financial tasks in line with Spire procedures.

Key duties include processing billing promptly, resolving billing queries with Central Finance, maintaining stakeholder relationships, coordinating invoices and refunds, and generating daily/monthly reports.

Qualificações

• Administration experience in a similar setting.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• IT Literate - Data Entry/ MS Office.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a proactive approach to work.
• Good standard of education with demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process billing promptly and accurately in line with procedures.
• Coordinate payment requests of invoices, consultant fees and refunds.
• Review overdue vendor debt and liaise for collection arrangements.
• Call off daily and monthly reports and action them accordingly to work instructions.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Carry out general administrative duties as required within the hospital procedures.
