St Richard's Worcester shops are seeking individuals to cover across our shops with flexible, as-needed hours. You’ll assist in achieving income targets, maximising sales and supporting our charity mission in Worcestershire.

This role requires retail management or supervisory experience, the ability to lead and develop a team, and a passion for customer service and visual merchandising. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and a can-do attitude.
• Creative flair for visual merchandising and displays.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
