Job summary

Southern Hospice Group in Brighton is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Church Street shop. You will support the Retail Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service and maximise shop profitability in a busy retail environment.

You will lead a team of staff and volunteers, manage stock control, promote Gift Aid, handle cash daily and ensure the shop and site are safe and secure. The role offers 30 hours per week on a part-time basis with a Grade 3 salary.
