The Hospice of St Francis in Amersham is seeking a Shop Assistant to support the Shop Manager and Retail Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service, engaging with volunteers and customers, and maximising shop profitability.

You will help with stock presentation, events and promotions, sustainability initiatives, social media outreach, till procedures and banking, and you will represent the hospice as an active community ambassador.

Responsabilités

• Support the Shop Manager to actively drive sales and maximise shop profitability
• Deliver and maintain a high standard of presentation of merchandise
• Proactively enhance customer experience through events and promotions
• Promote key events and the organisation to the local community
• Follow till, cashing up and banking procedures
• Provide emergency cover for the shop as required
• Act as an ambassador for The Hospice and build links within the local community
