Marie Curie Belfast Hospice is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facilities team, ensuring safe, high-quality upkeep of buildings, equipment, and grounds.

You will plan, deliver maintenance services, manage staff, coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, and support health and safety compliance to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, volunteers and visitors.

Qualifikationen

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience managing teams and coordinating Health & Safety at work, including a solid understanding of H&S regulations.
• Ability to prioritise work effectively and efficiently, with a flexible and creative approach to problem solving.
• PC literate, especially with MS Office, to maintain accurate records.
• Trained to at least HNC or NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering, and IOSH accredited.
