Job summary

Marie Curie is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Belfast Hospice facilities team. You will lead the maintenance staff, plan and deliver services, and coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure safe, high-quality upkeep of buildings and grounds.

The role supports ongoing compliance with health and safety standards in a patient-focused environment. The role is full-time, permanent (37.5 hours over 5 days) at Belfast Hospice, with an on-call rota for urgent

Qualifications

• Trained to at least HNC or NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• IOSH accredited.
• Experience coordinating Health & Safety at work and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and manage staff.
• Plan and deliver maintenance services for hospice buildings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors.
• Ensure safe, high-quality upkeep of facilities and grounds.
