Job summary

Naomi and Jack's is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping service across the Trust, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for families and staff. You will supervise shifts, manage rotas, support the team with training, and work closely with care teams to prepare accommodation for admissions and discharges.

We expect you to uphold high standards, motivate staff, and conduct regular quality audits while maintaining infection prevention across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping supervisory role or similar.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team across day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Manage team rotas, annual leave and sickness cover to ensure seven‑day service.
• Monitor cleanliness standards and carry out regular quality audits.
• Prepare family accommodation and children's bedrooms for admissions and discharges.
• Oversee stock levels and coordinate orders for housekeeping and equipment.
• Provide induction, training, coaching and ongoing support to staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop a flexible, multi‑skilled team.
• Escalate concerns about standards or performance to the Facilities Manager.
• Maintain infection prevention and cleanliness across sites.
