Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a highly skilled Director of Clinical Services to lead hospice operations and the clinical team. In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient and family care, maintaining regulatory compliance, developing our clinical team, and supporting growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong hospice leadership experience, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to strategically lead both people

Qualifications

• Strong, results-driven leader with strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communicator with ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, hospice experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee hospice operations and clinical services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the team.
• Support Brighton/Suncrest Hospice’s mission, vision, and values while partnering with regional leadership.
• Drive growth and community engagement through partnerships and collaboration.
