LOROS Hospice in Leicester is seeking an outstanding clinical leader to join the Senior Leadership Team as Director of Care Services. The role will oversee care delivery across our services and steer evidence-based improvement.

You will bring registered nurse background with substantial experience managing multidisciplinary teams and a proven ability to inspire colleagues while upholding governance and regulatory standards with the CQC.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Significant experience leading multiprofessional teams.
• Ability to drive governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and provision of hospice care services.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance to meet CQC standards.
• Collaborate with partners locally and nationally to improve palliative and end-of-life care.
