• Strong leadership with organizational and strategic thinking.

• 5+ years of healthcare experience; hospice experience preferred.
• 2+ years leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and address QA issues.
• Provide clinical policy and procedure support.
• Assist the Director in identifying and resolving nursing deficiencies.
• Monitor implementation of correction plans.
