Job summary

Hospice at Home West Cumbria is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead and develop our clinical services, ensuring patients and their families receive outstanding care.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and the Registered Manager with the CQC, you will drive quality, governance and workforce development across West Cumbria, shaping a forward-looking strategy and delivering compassionate, high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a clinical or healthcare management discipline.
• Evidence of continued professional development relevant to the role.
• Level 5 management qualification (CMI / ILM) or equivalent (Desirable).
• Up to date knowledge of relevant clinical legislation and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develops an ambitious strategic plan for the delivery of clinical services.
• Leads corporate and operational groups to ensure strategy delivery.
• Leads the strategic direction of clinical service delivery and performance outcomes.
