Job summary

Branded Garden Products Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth across assigned stores. You will capture orders, optimize merchandising, and manage commercial relationships within a defined geographic area.

The role requires strong horticultural product knowledge, proven field-based sales experience, and the ability to travel extensively with a full UK driving licence. You will report on performance and contribute to strategy with Merchandisers and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural products and practices.
• Proven ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide high-quality service.
• Research new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Call, visit, and close deals with new and existing customers.
• Capture orders and negotiate space and deals for clients.
• Maximise in-store merchandising within allocated space.
• Aim to meet or exceed KPI targets.
• Prepare sales reports with analysis and commentary.
• Monitor competitors and provide feedback to improve offerings.
