KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Part Time Permanent Horticultural Assistant for our Garforth Garden Centre. The role offers 23.25 hours per week over 3 days, with regular weekend shifts and a pay range of £10.40–£12.75 per hour depending on age.

Qualifications

• Specialist plant knowledge and ability to advise customers on plant products.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to create an exceptional shopping experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to support colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment and merchandising to create plant displays.
• Care for plants to keep them healthy and attractive for customers.
• Advise customers on suitable plants and products to meet their needs.
• Operate tills and serve customers.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as required.
• Assist customers with carrying purchases to their cars; collect trolleys and baskets.
