Job summary

MRI Software is seeking an implementation consultant to deploy Horizon and ProLease Enterprise across EMEA from our London office. You will gather requirements, run workshops, design Horizon solutions, and guide clients through best practices.

With 2–3 years of business experience, you will lead client sessions, train users, and manage projects from start to finish. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days home-based per week and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Maths or Accounting preferred.
• Experience in business and knowledge of property/lease management principles.
• Implementation or use of property management software; Horizon/Pro Lease advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train others.
• Willingness to travel as required; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather client requirements and translate into Horizon design.
• Implement Horizon and ProLease Enterprise with project team guidance.
• Train clients on software usage and best practices.
• Manage project timelines, risks and issue resolution.
• Support testing, deployment and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate travel as needed to deliver implementations.
