Job summary

MRI Software in London is seeking an implementation consultant to deliver Horizon and ProLease Enterprise projects across EMEA. You will work with clients to gather requirements and lead end-to-end implementations, including training and go-live support.

The role demands strong communication, project management and software implementation experience. A hybrid role with three days remote per week and opportunities to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in IT, business, finance, maths or accounting.
• Experience in business and knowledge of property and lease management.
• Implementation or use of property management software is required.
• Experience with Horizon or ProLease Enterprise preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and implement Horizon/ProLease Enterprise.
• Lead client sessions and translate requirements into solution designs.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Manage project timelines and risks with stakeholders.
• Coordinate remote or on-site deployments and testing.
