Job Purpose:

Drive the success of our dealership by achieving target sales for both new and used cars, contributing to the dynamic growth of JT Hughes Group.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Car Sales Executive, you will report to the Honda General Manager, responsible for selling new and used cars along with associated products through a structured sales process. From initial inquiry to vehicle handover, your role is crucial in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and fostering long-term engagement.

Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE MAIN DEALER CAR SALES EXPERIENCE
Working Hours:
  • Saturdays: 09:00 am - 5:00 pm (with 1 Saturday off per month)
  • Sundays: Closed – Day Off
  • Alternating days off, averaging a 44-hour week
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Attractive basic salary with uncapped OTE of £45,000 per year
  • Company vehicle (fuel responsibility lies with the employee)
  • Company pension
  • Commission based on sales targets and earnings
  • Death in Service Insurance
  • Holiday entitlement: 28 days, increasing to 30 days after 12 months, and up to 36 days with long service (including bank holidays)
