We're hiring for a fast-growing independent used car retailer with a strong showroom presence, high-quality vehicle stock, and a steady stream of daily appointments from our telesales and online teams. Our Stoke site offers many opportunities, and we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to make the most of them.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by targets, and eager to earn.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers and guide them through the showroom experience
2. Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
3. Arrange test drives and present finance and value-added products
4. Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey
5. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

1. Previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive or similar)
2. A confident, target-driven individual with strong negotiation skills
3. Excellent customer service and attention to detail
4. Professional, well-presented, and team-oriented
5. Full UK driving licence
6. FCA accreditation (training provided if required)
