Job Title: Car Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our OMODA & JAECOO Dealership in Solihull. With our new purpose-built facility, be part of this exciting new brand in the UK and for Listers.

The brand has seen major dealer uptake and plans for rapid growth in market share, recruiting staff from some of the UK's leading manufacturers. We are looking for a hungry, exciting, and ambitious candidate.

Working Hours and Benefits
  • Hours: 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday (9am to 5pm Saturdays), with a day off in the week, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays on a rota basis. Future flexibility on hours and shifts will be available as the team grows.
  • Benefits include a company car and an OTE of £50,000.
Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will prioritize customer excellence, ensuring every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. Responsibilities include matching customers to the right car, providing features and add-ons, managing financing and contracts, and ensuring total customer satisfaction throughout the process.

You will build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating a positive first impression. Maximize opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet leads. Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products. Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the customer database.

About You

This role may suit someone with previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager. You should demonstrate an ability to achieve and exceed targets, establish rapport quickly with customers, and have the potential to build a successful career in the industry. You must hold a valid UK driver's license. Experience in the motor trade, automotive, or dealership sector is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
