Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a leading UK housebuilder to fill a Customer Care Coordinator role in Redditch. The position is office & site-based, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary of £30,000–£32,000 per year.

As the first point of contact for homeowners after move-in, you will welcome residents, schedule visits, and coordinate with subcontractors to resolve defects quickly. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, care or complaints handling role.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Contact new homeowners to welcome them and introduce yourself as their Customer Care Coordinator.
• Respond to enquiries, maintenance requests and snagging issues.
• Coordinate repairs with Site Managers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to customers.
• Ensure customer queries are managed within agreed service levels.
