Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Project Worker to join our homelessness support service in the UK. The role involves helping individuals build independence, assessing needs, and updating support plans while acting as the first point of contact for queries.

You will collaborate with external partners to boost confidence, health and wellbeing, and encourage education and employment. The role is based at our Sanctuary Supported Living site, with a focus on person-centred care, privacy, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential.
• Assess needs and update support plans.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
• Build relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity.
• Work with external partners to boost health, wellbeing, and education.
