Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Project Worker for their Kirkdale service in Sydenham, London. The role involves helping people experiencing homelessness build independence, assess needs, and manage support plans.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness.
• Good literacy and numeracy and strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential.
• Assess needs and update support plans.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
• Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity.
• Work with external partners to boost confidence, health and wellbeing, and encourage education and employment.
