Job summary

Sciensus is recruiting a Specialist Homecare Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care at patients' homes across Southampton and surrounding areas. You will travel as part of a MDT, delivering clinical interventions and assessments with autonomy while maintaining comprehensive records.

We seek a confident RGN with acute care experience, the ability to make independent decisions, and a full UK driving license. The role offers a competitive salary, car or allowance, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse on the NMC Register (RGN).
• Experience in acute care settings and independent clinical decision making.
• Experience with clinical assessments and subcutaneous injections.
• Experience caring for IV devices and IV therapies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality nursing care in patients' home environments.
• Safely administer a range of therapeutic interventions.
• Undertake clinical assessments and make independent clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Identify, report and escalate risks per policy.
• Support patient safety, wellbeing and safeguarding.
• Collaborate with MDT to ensure patient-centred care.
