Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Specialist Registered Nurse (RGN) to deliver specialist home nursing care in Torquay and surrounding areas. The role supports early hospital discharge and aims to improve patient outcomes through quality community care.

Key responsibilities include clinical assessments, IV therapies, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Flexible hours, a driving licence is required, with a starting salary from £34,000 plus car allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be an NMC-registered RGN with acute care nursing experience.
• Experience with IV therapies and IV devices.
• Competent in clinical assessments and autonomous decision-making.
• Experience administering subcutaneous injections.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care in patients’ homes
• Conduct clinical assessments and make independent clinical decisions
• Administer IV therapies and subcutaneous injections
• Manage and care for IV devices
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
