Job summary

Csod is recruiting a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes across Aberdeen and surrounding areas. The role covers a 37.5‑hour week over 5 days, with occasional weekends, and requires confident driving across the region.

You will assess patients, administer therapies, maintain records, and work with a MDT to provide safe, patient-centred care while adhering to clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Confident in delivering nursing care autonomously and within a MDT.
• Experienced in clinical assessments and injections where required.
• Proven ability to follow protocols and safeguard patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality nursing care in patients' homes.
• Safely administer a range of therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct clinical assessments and make independent decisions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Report and escalate risks and incidents per policy.
