Job summary

Sue Ross Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Homecare Patient Coordinator for a well-established healthcare organisation. The role is temporary for at least 3 months, starting as soon as possible, and focuses on coordinating patient care services and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will work in a busy, supportive team, liaising with patients, clinicians and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate records and compliance with procedures while supporting service

• Resolve patient queries professionally and empathetically.
