Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our homecare service in Uxbridge. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, staff development, and delivering person-centred care in clients’ own homes. You will steer growth while maintaining high care standards and a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will manage a growing branch, oversee recruitment, care planning, and liaise with clients and authorities to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven domiciliary care management experience.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management) or working towards it.
• UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of coordinators, supervisors, and carers.
• Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain good/outstanding ratings.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of care staff.
• Develop care plans and monitor service quality.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and local authorities.
• Drive business growth while upholding high care standards.
