Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is recruiting an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead services across domiciliary care and supported living near Preston, Lancashire. You will oversee high-quality care delivery and build strong partnerships with service users, families and professionals.

The role balances 60% domiciliary and 40% supported living, focuses on person-centred care, safeguarding and compliance, and offers a rewarding management opportunity in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in domiciliary care management.
• Experience with complex care and supported living.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of domiciliary and supported living services.
• Leading, supporting and developing care teams.
• Ensuring care plans are accurate, person-centred and regularly reviewed.
• Overseeing complex care packages and ensuring appropriate support is in place.
• Monitoring quality, compliance and safeguarding.
• Supporting recruitment, induction, supervision and ongoing staff development.
• Building strong relationships with service users, families and professionals.
• Ensuring services operate in line with CQC requirements and relevant legislation.
• Responding effectively to changing care needs and service requirements.
• Working collaboratively with senior management to develop and improve services.
