Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, seeks an organised Business Support Administrator for the Security & Fraud Management team. The role is homebased with travel to VIVO sites across the UK, with 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £30,000-£36,000.

You will support security operations, maintain records, and help produce clear reports to aid decision-making. Flexibility and discretion are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support within security and risk teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security activities and maintain confidential records across sites.
• Prepare reports and support health checks, audits and assurance reviews.
• Assist with investigations into security incidents, breaches, misconduct and fraud.
• Support personnel security and vetting activities, ensuring data protection compliance.
