Hanover Housing Association Ltd. is recruiting a full-time Home Support Worker in Elgin to provide care and support services within our Housing with Care development. You will help adults with varying needs to remain independent and safe at home, following individual care plans.
The role requires weekend and public holiday work with a flexible rota, and a PVG check prior to joining. A passion for people, empathy, and basic digital skills are essential.

Working Hours:35 hours per week
Remuneration:£24,489 per annum (during 6-month probation period) increasing to £25,778 (upon completion of successful probation)

Our Home Support Workers provide enhanced provision to support adults with varying needs including physically disabled, learning disabilities, older adults and vulnerable adults. Our team enable tenants to live as independently as they are able in their own homes with a responsive service adapted to individual care plans.
This role will entail working weekends and public holidays, so we are looking for the successful candidate to be flexible and able to support our rota patterns.
