Hanover Housing Association Ltd invites applications for a part-time Development Manager role at Hanover Gardens, New Scone. The position is 10 hours per week across 3–5 days, with starting salary £7,699 during a 6‑month probation, rising to £8,104 on successful completion.
The role involves general management of the housing development, liaising with contractors, and delivering a high standard of resident support. PVG checks are required and interview dates will follow the closing date.

As the Development Manager, you will handle a variety of responsibilities and tasks related to the smooth and continuous running of the development., including but not limited to:
