Job summary

Taff Housing is seeking a Customer Repair Agent in Cardiff to act as the first point of contact for repair requests, triaging and allocating works within priority timescales. You will support surveyors and repairs operatives to deliver a high-quality repairs service for our tenants.

With experience in scheduling repairs and customer-facing roles, you will use strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and compliance with WHQS 2023 & FFHH 2022

Qualifications

Experience scheduling repairs to domestic properties using scheduling software.
Experience in a customer facing environment, dealing with difficult and complex situations.
Experience in property or related service industry.
Understanding of housing association legislation (WHQS 2023 & FFHH 2022).
Good questioning techniques to diagnose problems and tailor communication.
Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with a range of audiences.
Ability to share information with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for repair requests and triage efficiently.
Ensure works are allocated appropriately in line with priority timescales.
Provide support to surveyors and repairs team operatives to deliver quality service.
