Full UK driving license is required, with some weekend work expected. No formal care experience is necessary; however, you should be patient, calm, and able to put people at ease.

Qualifications

• No formal care experience required; willingness to learn.
• Must be kind, calm, and confident with great people skills.
• Willingness to drive service vehicles and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support including welfare calls, shopping, and home visits.
• Support adults after hospital discharge to recover safely at home.
• Respond to referrals from clinicians and community health professionals.
• Assess needs and follow a personalised support plan for each service user.
