Job summary

A leading social housing provider is looking for a Home Ownership Supervisor/Team Leader to manage operations of the Homeownership service. You'll supervise a team and ensure services comply with regulations while delivering excellent customer experience. Strong knowledge in leasehold and shared ownership services is essential. This role offers a salary of approx. £40k and is hybrid with office attendance required two days a week.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret leases, legislation, and policy, providing clear, accurate advice.
• Experience in homeownership, housing, or property management.
• Knowledge in service charge estimates and arrears management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Homeownership service.
• Lead and support Home Ownership Advisors, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Act as the escalation point for complex cases and complaints.
